Hi, running winxp on a laptop. How do I find out if the built in SD card reader is compatible with a SDHC card? Thanks.

Why not just try it, you've nothing to lose. It just won't be recognised. As you date back to XP though, there is a good chance it won't work. On my previous desktop, running Vista, the inbuilt reader didn't want to know them, and that's since XP. No problem, just get an up to date card reader.

Okay, thanks for that. I have a realtive with a 16GB card. I'll try that. Just didn't want to spend out on a SDHC card if it wouldn't work.
