How to insert link in new forum format pls

Please ...

could someone enlighten me as to how one inserts a link in this new format?

I was able to do it in the old but am baffled on this one. I did try searching the forums but didn't come up with appropriate posts. I have seen them recently, but Murphy's Law - can never find one when you want one ...
