Help to assemble computer

I have bought all the parts for a new computer - case, power supply, mother board, hard drive, DVD writer, DDR memory etc, but the person who was to assemble it for me has gone away!! I have built one myself before a few years ago, but would appreciate some pointers as things have probably changed

Thanks

Regarding FruitBat's first link I much prefer to put the processor and the memory on the motherboard before putting it in the case, it's easier to get at the components and it saves all that pressing down on flexing boards.
