How to search for duplicates

Hi all.
Somehow all my jpeg photographs have duplicated themselves as the following file type;
[=JPG=] File (.[=jpg=])
I have the original then the above copy which does not show the actual picture.
How do I search for all the above file types so I can delete them.
Thanks.

Be careful - make sure it is not the same file stored under two indexes or a thumbnail withthe same name.
