I have Acer Aspire One 533 and yesterday I've upgrade from 1gb ram to 2gb ram. And from now I'm getting blue screen. System starting normally but when I'm working with Adobe Lightroom or using netbook for longer period of time my system crashing. I try to reinstall Win Xp and then install Win 7, I even update BIOS but nothing seems to help.

I've tested this RAM with Memtest86+ and windows Memory test tool with 0 errors results.

D1 usually a driver conflict problem.

Try updating your drivers.

If you read through the Minidump file it should give you an indication of which file has caused the BSOD.

To read dump files Microsoft Help

It will have a line like

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\??????.sys

Where ??????.sys is the name of the driver file.
