Id like to upgrade my memory.

I currently have 2gb using Windows 7.

My motherboard is a Gigabyte MA74GMT-S2

I think i can go up to 8gb, i have 2 free slots, one has 2gb ram fitted.

What do you reccommend? One 2gb stick or a 4gb one?

Crucial .com will guide you through the process of selecting the correct memory. They also have a money back guarantee if any memory they sell you does not work.
