Reinstalling deleted item

As a new computer user, I am dismayed to find I can no longer run downloads. I suspect, while cleaning out old files, I may have deleted a number of dll. I have been advised that HMLT.dll needs to be reinstalled but I have no idea how to do this! Please help.

This is a Fix for the above and other problems.

Copy Paste the Address into your Browser Address Bard as the Link icon is not working this time.
