HP WIRELESS ASSISTANT GONE?

HI GUYS I HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED MY ROUTER TO VIRGIN MEDIA,S OWN SUPER HUB.AFTER INSTALLING ROUTER AND USING IT FOR ONE SESSION I HAVE FOUND I HAVE LOST CONNECTION COMPLETELY. WHEN I LOOK FOR THE REASON,IT APPEARS I HAVE LOST MY WIRELESS ASSISTANT,NOT ONLY HAS THE ICON GONE FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY SCREEN BUT ALSO SWITCHING ON/OFF THE WIRELESS SWITCH DOES NOTHING. I HAVE CALLED VIRGIN NUMEROUS TIMES BUT TO NO AVAIL ANY IDEA,S THANKS

Go to HP for the Wireless Assistant Software and reload it. The Router Software as over written it
