New netbook with Windows 7 starter

Hi, Have just bought an Acer Aspire D255 Dual Core N550 with 2GB Ram and 250GB Hard disk.
I run Windows 7 Home Premium on my desktop and have the full software disk 32 and 64bit. Would there be any problem in using this disk to upgrade the netbook. Disk and memory etc?
Thanks

Technically no, the netbook is fine for Home Premium but you would need another Windows licence for it. You can only use the product key on one machine at a time.
