Hi all, I have a Sony Vaio laptop which is great, apart from all the bloatware which is pre-loaded.

Does anybody know which (and how) I can delete?

Any advice grestfully received - thanks

I'd suggest you download and install the 'free' version of Revo Uninstaller, run it and it will show a list of installed programs in the PC. Then use it to uninstall the software which you clearly don't want to keep, such as trial versions of AntiVirus programs, MS Office etc. Only you will know which of the other pre-installed software you will never have a use for.

There is also software specifically for removing junk from new PCs such as PC Decrapifier
