slow netbook start up

hi all , i have a netbook which takes ages to boot up (acer aspire one dual core 1.5 ghz with 1gb ram and windows starter). I have tried to run soluto to sort out the startup (69 aplications)but for some reason it wont let me take them out the boot. Can someone tell me why or give me a link to startup memory hog services which can be disabled. ta

Right Click on Task Bar while is still loading choose Task Manager Click on Items you may think could be the problem, then if you look down near the clock in system tray you will see a new green square icon hover your mouse over it for how much CPU is being used
