This web page will not open properly for me.link text According to this it is open for all.link text Maybe they are just updating the site but is it open for anyone else.

It seems to be working here OK, have you tried clearing out your Temp internet files in case there is a corrupt file in there?

octal I have been trying to open it for about 30 minutes and got nothing and as soon as I posted it and tried the link it worked.Sods law I suppose.
