Same here using Google Chrome.

Links used to open in new tab now they don't on PCA but do on other Web sites.

Using FF3 XP Home - links open in new tab for me when I click with Mouse Wheel. Using left mouse button opens link but not in new tab.

I have no problem in FF4 so assumed, incorrectly, that it was a browser setting.

I have now checked in IE8 & Safari and they also open in the same Window irrespective of settings.

To open in New Tab - try opening by pressing your Mouse Scroll Wheel, not left-button.
