Namely ticking resolved/donewith I can sees the 'bubble' and some folk have successfully used the it But so far I have not found the spot. Please advise.

It's a grey tick symbol on the right of someone else's post in reply to yours. Click on it and the grey tick will turn green. Your "bubble" will then have a tick in it.

Are you talking about marking a 'Thread' as closed?

If so, you click the tick on the right of either the last post or that on the post of the person that you feel did the best in solving the problem that prompted your thread.

The Page may not be fully loaded, try turning Java Script off to if that cures it. But you will need it back on for some sits,

PS a PC is more Secure without Java Script running
