Hi,I have windows 7,and thinking of having a tv installed.Now what would be the best a tv pci card or one of those usb tv dongle?.Digital of course,And would it be possible to record a tv program to my hdd and then maybe burn that program to a dvd disc.Any thoughts on this please. d.

Which ever you go for don't forget unless you live in a very good signal area you will need to connect it to a good aerial. For this reason I would prefer a card rather than a dongle.
