Transfer from Creative to Ipod Touch

Does anyone know how to get music from Creative Zen MP3 player onto iPod Touch G2? I'm using XP SP3.

Drag the MP3's into iTunes.

Now resilved. For some reason the Creative would not show in explorer on my PC but it did on the other half's PC, she copied files to a remote drive and I was then able to drag & drop them on my PC.
