Email Junk

In Windows Live Mail there are three ways to sort out the junk from your emails:

  1. Add sender to Blocked senders list.
  2. Add senders Domain to Blocked senders list.
  3. Mark as Junk.

Which of the above is the best one to use for stopping regular junk emails.
