I dunno, buteman. Im on ADSL24. Maybe theyre available on different ISPs at different times.
This lot took about twenty minutes and Comodo says 165 files in all, Office 2007 and MSRT run included.
Things have been fairly quiet on the XP update front just recently; up until today, I mean.

What`s up with this new board?
I`ve posted a follow-up comment twice but it has disappeared. (Firefox)

I run my updates manually and the bulk of the updates are usually the 2nd Tuesday of the month. You get the odd one in between. I liked XP but it got that clogged up with Microsoft updates that my Security Programs used to take ages to scan my computer.

You have to close the thread now and then reopen it to post again. You can only post once now. Saying that I forgot and tried to post this without closing the thread first.

Yes you get used to it after a while. They are still fixing odd bits but not sure if this is fixable. Preferred the copy and paste to the new version but like I said we will get used to this new way eventually.

Mmm ... still, it looks odd. I`m a simple soul and I liked the old one better.
No click heres either?
Text is huge too. This will take a bit of getting used to.

provider 2 Like yourself I hate changes and did like the old version best but we have got to move with the times and the old version compared to this version is old fashioned. A lot of work and thought must have gone into it and it does get easier to use as the days go by. I think the old version was due for a change but a lot of us were amazed by how much it has been changed. I suppose it is a bit like going into your local supermarket and they have changed everything around and you just get used to it again and then they do the same again. Just a matter of getting used to it.

Yes, I suppose so, buteman.
Just noticed the curious effect of hitting the apostrophe button twice in a sequence. Ill try it again and see if itll produce a reduced text size in the middle bit.
Ah shucks, there it goes again. I`m getting grumpier by the minute!
