I would agree the page navigation needs refinement but some small assistance in the meantime is that you can type a number into the blank box after the 5 box and jump straight to that page.

Which is OK if you know how many paged there are!

A "last" box is what is needed.

I've noticed the 'Likes' button does not seem popular, there seems to be a reluctance to use this feature whch I don't think is a reflection on the on the content posted.

Why will it not respond to my Post to this thread. Looks like I am going to have to find another site until this one decides to work

The most useful feature of the old site was the ability to view all the recent thread postings on all forums on a single page. The new site doesn't seem to offer such an overview and even when I chose a specific forum the number of threads shown is quite small (even on a 22" 1920x1080 screen). So whilst it looks nice it's less user friendly. On my netbook it's almost unusable for this reason.

Hi Crossbow7 - I put a thread up about this: don't worry. A new, improved My Postings has been built, but it's currently causing some memory issues, so we've had to switch it off to work on it. It'll be live early next week at the latest.

Thanks Matt, I'm lost without it! And so are many others I'd imagine.

Have to say I liked the old site better, but I'll have to get used to it.

On the plus side, text once posted seems to appear larger & in a better font than before. And browsing the site also appears to be quicker.

Thread subscriptions tweak:

Would be nice to have the 'Tick here if....to this question' option selected by default the first time only (or not selected at all). But if deselected the first time by the poster, it should not be selected by default the subsequent times he/she posts in the same thread. What's happening now is that it's being selected by default every time one posts.

Each thread also needs to have an 'unsubscribe' option to the members who posted in a thread. Or, is this a feature that will be present in 'My Postings'? G

Sorry, just noticed couple more problems...

We're are now posting on page 3 of this thread, but after each fresh post the page is reverting/refreshing back to the first page. It ideally needs to behave like it did before the changes - i.e. refresh to the same page one is posting to.

On a much lesser note, the 'Title' field no longer exists to thread responders - screenshot for a better understanding http://img858.imageshack.us/img858/1227/lefieldmissinginnewforu.jpg. Not really necessary I guess, but whenever it was used in the past, will those posts now have this info missing? G
