Netgear Duo RND2110 and Windows7 64bit

I'm hoping that someone can help. I have a Netgear Duo RND2110 that I have installed in the system. One of the computors (Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit) will not allow me to access the Duo. I get the following message:-

\\192.168.?.?? is not assessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administraor of this server to find out if you access permission.

Login failure: accounr currentley disabled.

I have used question marsk instead of the numbers that should be there.
