Hi

When I'm shutting down XP Pro, I've noticed I have to click the shutdown button twice. First time the shutdown box closes but nothing happens. Second time it shutsdown.

Thanks!

Issue has been known to be related to Hibernation.

Right click on the desktop, select properties, then the Screen Saver tab. Click the power button at the bottom of the window, you should see a Hibernate tab. See if the radio button for "Enable Hibernation" is checked. If so, uncheck it.
