Watching football on PC is it safe?

I am wondering how safe it is to register with sites that offer to allow you to stream live football matches onto your PC. Will my firewall Zonealarm be adequte to protect me from any viruses etc that may come along or is there anything else to consider.
I would also appreciate it if there is anyone who is currently viewing football on their PC can recommend some sites and any necessary software.

I'm not sure about the legality of these sites and I don't know of any, but if you are going to use them do it through Sandboxie click here this will protect you from infections.
