Putting freeware on the web?

I'm not sure if this is an appropriate forum for my question, but here goes; I have created a simple but effective small business accounts spreadsheet in Excel that has been successfully used for my daughter's floristry business and I would like to offer it to anyone who would like to use it, but I have no idea how to make it available on the web without creating my own website. I would be grateful if anyone could advise me of a site that would host the software on my behalf, or any other suggestions that you feel may be useful.
Many thanks.

but it's not clear from your post if you mean to offer it for free, or to charge for it.

The answer to that question will probably affect the answer to the question.

Good luck,

Regards,
