I have an active website click here but when I try uploading new material nothing happens. I'm told to check password etc which are OK and have worked before. I'm a bit of a newbie to all this so any suggestions would be extremely welcome. To make changes I upload the complete site.

I'm sure the third option is available in NOF.

I'm now using version 11, but I do remember having some problems with uploading via version 9.

Another solution, which I used at the time, is to use a separate FTP client such as Filezilla (free).

Publish your site locally in NOF and then copy the files across with the FTP client.

I have so often found the NOF uploader to be a bit flakey and no longer bother with it at all.

I too use the method as per Bebee. The whole thing is so much easier to manage using Filezilla.
