Dreamweaver: page titles on browser tabs

here's my site which is still under developmemt.
it has been developed in dreamweaver mx with a top frame that changes the bottom frame to the desired page. all pages are created using a template with an editable region.

i have given all my pages titles and have checked them in code view.

the problem is when my website is viewed in a browser the tabs all display 'untitled document'.

any ideas on how to sort this out?

Right I wondered if the frames were the cause of the problem. I'll change the site to a frameless template.

Cheers
