Site looks different in Internet Explorer

I use Firefox browser to view and edit my site. Suddenly it is looking different when viewed with Internet Explorer, it is too wide and you have to scroll to see the right-hand side of a page click here

I've adjusted the 'new line' position on For Adoption as a temporary measure.

Any ideas as to why this has just happened?

I think I've cracked it - I added a new page and the Navigation button was one too many.
