How can I make an auto responder?

I have a web form on my website. When someone contacts me, I want to send him a message that I will reply soon or that I am out of the office.

I searched with Google and found <a href="click here">click here;/a> form generator service. I designed my form and setup a small autoresponder. This way, anyone who fills my form will receive a message when I'm in vacation.

Most decent web-hosting companies will offer this as part of your package. Look through your control panel or E-Mail them.

Failing that if your adept with whatever programming language your using (so long as its not just HTML) then you can make one from code fairly simply...
