have been using my kindle for several months without problems. this morning i entered shop in kindle store and it sent me to wi-fi networks, when trying to connect to my wi-fi network i'm told the password is incorrect??? i know my password is correct!! how do i solve this proble???

I don't know the Kindle at all - but are you sure it's trying to log on to your network, and not some other one? Or that someone hasn't changed your network settings?

If you go to Kindle help, fill in the details and you will have the option of a phone call. They will either ring pretty much straight away or you can specify a time. I have always found them very helpful.

Kindle has an issue with wireless security. Encryption on your router has to be set to TKIP. It will not work with AES encryption.
