When in the program you are printing from:

  1. Select 'Print' in the menu
  2. When the panel opens select 'Properties' and the 'Layout' tab
  3. set the 'Orientation' to 'Portrait' click 'OK' and 'OK' agin to print.

OR

  1. Go to 'Control Panel' and find your printer (in 'Devices & Printers' in W7; 'Printers & Faxes' in XP)
  2. Double click the printer icon
  3. Proceed as in '2' and '3' above.

The solution will work if you carry out the changes in Control Panel.
