Packardbell MZ35 wont boot

My easy note mz35 power up but nothing happens all the light are on but nothing displays on the screen and no any sound

I removed the CMOS battery, left it out overnight and reconnect it this morning. power the laptop but still no luck. Any idea to unstuck the BIOS progress?

a faulty memory card can cause the machine to stick on boot
Remove memory sticks one at a time and retry

I have try to take off memory chips one at atime but still same problem??

Last thing to try is minimal equipment boot
remove battery + Hard drive + DVD drive and one stick of memory See if it will boot to beep eror from the BIOS or even a error message,
If not then its looking like motherboard failure.
