hotnail adresses

I have hotmail and have deleted eddresses but when I put a letter in the address bar the email address that I deleted comes up as a surgestion. why is this

May be an auto-fill from your browser - check your browser settings.

I presume you have opened the Contacts folder and deleted the addresses from there?

i had the same problem and it took microsoft three weeks to sort having done all that has been suggested
