Is it possible to buy a gadget which will enable TV sound to be heard from speakers and through head phones at the same time Thank you gel

yes but the problem will be controlling the volume on your head phones unless they have there own volume control.Dont know about gadgets but you could try just running 2 phone leads to a stereo 2 to 1 adaptor have a look in maplins or some scart adaptors (pricier) also hav a socket for phones.Youcan also buy an inline volume controller for your existing phones but unless they are expensive ones maybe easir to buy apair with their own control
