missing system files ?

hello resently i switched my computer on and this error message came on CLMLSvc.exe - unable to locate component

this application has failed to start because MSVCP71.dll was not found
re-installing the application may fic the problem

when i press ok this error message comes up

ArcadeDeluxAgent.exe - unable to locate component this application has failed to start because MFC71.DLL was not found
re-installing the application may fic the problem

when i press ok on this one i get this error message

msnmsgr - unable to locate component this application has failed to start because d3dx10_41.dll was not found
re-installing the application may fic the problem

when i went to update my computer i got this message when it tried to update

updates were not configured correctly reverting changes do not turn off your computer

i have an acer aspire 5735 windows vista home basic

system restore to before the problem started. Then let windows reinstall the updates.

the only restore point ive got is back to factory settings can i download the files and add them to system? or whereever

All part of the Acer Arcade Deluxe software that came on your machine

Not windows files

Do you have a disk supplied with the machine?

it just came with the machene, power adapter, manuals etc
