"Windowsempty" folder in Programs

I've discovered a folder in my Programs titled "Windowsempty", but it's not empty ! It contains 5 folders, none of which I use:Defender;Journal; Live;Liveskydrive, and Windows NT.These also have their own separate folders. As for Windows Live, I thought I'd uninstalled it.Can I delete them-they're none of them present in Programs and Features in my Vista Control panel? Perhaps Defender should be kept, though not used as I use Norton Internet Security ? Any advice ?
