New battery for laptop

Need a new battery for laptop, dell inspiron 1545. Had a look on e-bay, £125 for dell original, or about £25-40 for others.Could do with some advice as these things go from 4 cells to 9 cells, I assume more is better. Also ranges from 4800mAh to 2200. Sorry to post so late but am an all-night taxi driver so possibly wont reply until afternoon. TIA Tango18

I have never bought a replacement battery for a laptop but have bought generic batteries for other equipment that have been OK. I have used businesses that are well known and reputable etc.
Also I would suggest you go for the highest capacity you can afford.

Thanks for the link, original dell battery was £129 on e-bay, so that price looks really promising.
