laptop on 12 volt

what I want to know is while out and about in the caravan will the 12volt battery be enough to recharge the laptop, which laptop would be the best type to buy and what tongle to get. is there a laptop available that runs on 12 volt?

You dont need a 12v laptop just a converter click here

If you have your regular 220/230v adapter you can use this Inverter to supply 230volts from your ciggy lighter socket,

I thanks for all the info but if I was to get a converter what sort of hours could I run the laptop/converter 2hr/4hr ect.? the caravan is charged by a solar pannel. CHass

The Inverter I recommended is run off your CAR Battery, have you got a different circuit for the caravan with a solar Panel?
