Downloading Virgin Broadband Installation CD

Hi there,

I've just brought a new laptop, and neet to install Virgin Broadband onto it. However I have lost my installation cd's.

Does anyone know how I can go about downloading these of the internet at all?

You don't need a Virgin Broadband installer - just plug in, and away you go!

I just plugged in my ethernet from the modem, and was instantly connected.

Which modem do you have? If it's the Speedtouch 330 USB you could download the drivers from the Thomson site click here

If your modem is connected via USB try entering 80.5.178.26 into your browser address bar, and follow the Virgin installation wizard - you'll need the password etc that they have given you

Like DerekR said if you use an Ethernet cable to connect,You do not need to use the instalation disk.You may have to switch the modem of and then on again and it should work instantly.
