how to boot pcmcia usb 2.0 card bus cd rom

I HAVE THE FOLLOWING
USB FLOPPY DISK DRIVE
PCMCIA USB 2.0 CARD BUS
USB CD ROM
MY PROBLEM :
I NEED TO RESTORE MY LAPTOP AND I CUDN'T BOOT FROM PCMCIA USB2.0 CARD BUS ATTACHED CDROM.MY LAPTOP CDROM IS NOT WORKING AND WHEN I ATTACHED MY USB CDROM TO MY LAPTOP USB 1.1 PORT MY CDROM IS NOT WORKING TOO.
SO I NEED A WAY TO BOOT PCMCIA USB CDROM SO PLS SOMEBODY HELP ME!
MY CURRENT OS IS WINDOWS XP HOME EDITION.

Firstly please do not type in captials.This is commonly known as shouting and may result in less replies to your question.
Now have you checked to see if you have your os on a partition.Tap F11 on startup,and if you do have the os on the partition you will be given 3 options to recover the machine.
If no partition,you may need to go into the bios and change the boot order.
You say the cd rom is not working ?
Why,do you know why ?
Is it listed in My Computer ?
If you help us with why you think its not working,we may be able to help.

it is listed in my computer but not readin any thing since 2005
no os on partition too

Ok,firstly check device manager for any yellow exclaimation marks beside cd/dvd drives.
Start/Right click My Computer/Select properties/Hardware/Device Manager.
Post back if you see any yellow exclaimation marks.

You could go into the Bios,probably by pressing the delete or F2 key and change the boot order to your PCMCIA USB2.0 CARD BUS
I have no idea if this will boot as ive never tried it this way.

bios dont have pcmcia boot thts the problem
boot from these only USB Floppy,cdrom and ide-0

Sorry i misread your post,try changing the bios to boot from the usb cd drive.Try different usb ports.

its not working like tht (cdrom)
is there any otherway like boot from floppy and then from pcmcia
