Won't Boot

With usb hub pluged in.

Any ideas ?

Your question isn't exactly overflowing with information, but here's a suggestion.

Unplug the hub from the USB port while the computer is switched off. Boot up the computer.

If the hub is powered, plug in its mains supply (if it's not, don't! ;o))

Now plug the hub into a USB port. This should force Windows to see it and install the necessary drivers to run it.
