Windows Photo Gallery and DEP

Hi all, I was just playing with opening programs to see what was in them and tried to open the above program, I was then informed that DEP was closing it down. The 'help box' opened and I followed the instructions to turn off DEP for Windows Photo Gallery but it informs me that I can't because it has to run with DEP enabled. If I go to 'pictures' and then 'sample pictures' in my 'User' folder the same pictures are there, that are in the Photo Gallery and they open OK. Any suggestions please? P.

I've noticed this as well. It was a 'bug' during the beta testing and it's still a bug in Vista RTM and also Server 2008 beta.

Perhaps it's our equipment?
