Windows 8 guest user remove restrictions

I have set my flatmate up as guest user on my laptop running windows 8. He's put some photos from his camera into his "my pictures" folder. He wants to copy them to a flash drive but cant. Right click is disabled and he's unable to drag and drop the photos. I have no problems on my user login so imagine its restricted cos hes a guest user. Ive changed him to administrator but still wont work. Please help!'

It sounds as if the profile is corrupted. You can create a new account then use your account to move files and folders from the corrupted account to the new one you just created. Info here, click here.
