Win 7 on new computer and an old PDA

I have Win 7 professional installed on my new computer; I also have an old Pocket PC. With my previous XP computer I could easily transfer my Outlook contacts, etc. from one to the other with Activesync. This doesn't work with my Win 7 machine. My Pocket PC is 'seen' by my new computer and the Activesync screen on my Pocket PC says that it's connected to the computer; however, it seems unable to synchronise. My computer Activesync version is 6.xxx and the Pocket PC's is 4.5.
Any ideas as to what I can do? Thanks.
PS. I also have Virtual XP installed. Am I going to have to fiddle with that?

I think you need to download Windows Mobile Device Center.

This is used on windows 7 instead of Activ Sync.

Thanks for the tip. I found that I already had WMDC installed. When activated it found my attached PDA easily and automatically synchronised. Thanks.
