Why does svchost.exe in my Windows suddenly have high memory usage?

Why is this happening? click here started a few weeks earlier, I honestly got too lazy to ask for help about it. While using my laptop, I just suddenly feel my computer slow down in response a little and I take a look at Task Manager, and there it is. Out of the blue, happens all the time now. I think it happened shortly after a system update before.

I can't put a finger on what triggers it, sometimes it happens just a few minutes after logging into Windows, sometimes it can take longer. I only have 2 Gb of RAM so this is a big deal as it seems to be consuming whatever memory it can. Usage spikes 90+%.
