I bought an Acer 3680 with Windows Vista Home Basic Edition after some time the DVD drive didn?t show up in my computer when I restart the laptop it show up, after that the light and the door stops to work in the first time I thought It was a hardware problem but it wasn?t , I delete the upper and the lower filters in the registry after the restart the light and the door works but the drive still didn?t show up in my computer and in the device manager as well.
I uninstall the hard disk after the restart the hard disk and the DVD appears since then I do the same when I didn?t found the DVD some time works from the first restart some time I need to restart twice, any body with better idea
