For Users of CCleaner - a tip

I found that I was getting red errors in eventvwr with Search etc. I found, via Google, that CCleaner, by default, clears the search and an error occurs. In CCleaner, under Applications, Windows, untick MS Search. The error then did not occur.

Maybe not an issue and maybe others have not had this problem but I thought I would pass it on

Thanks John - haven't had the error myself but still nice to know.

This was with W7 and only after CCleaner was run. I would not have noticed anything had I not looked at eventvwr following a clean re install to check if I had missed something. The sort of red warning that is not really important but I can imagine someone who received one of those phony "Microsoft" phone calls would think is an issue.
