True Administrator Account -

Because there is no Group Policy Editor in the Home editions of Vista, it is fairly difficult to enable the true administrator account. The method described in the above article works for Vista Home Basic & Vista Home Premium.

Just go into control panel, user accounts, then turn user account controll off, now u r the administrator.

If you turn UAC off, you won't be the true Administrator. The true Adminisrator account does not feature UAC at all.
