System Tray Menu

I work with lots of open application which I have to switch between frequently and it just cloggs up the task bar (as everything is squeezed in. Can anybody advise me of any menu/folder tool that can be put on the system tray so that I can organize them in different category and toggle between them as per requirement.

I don't know of any software of the type you require (perhaps someone else will), but you could always raise the height of the Taskbar to two or three levels so that you have more room for the running programmes to be displayed in. If you then don't like the Taskbar taking up so much screen real estate you can make it Auto-Hide.

I hope there should be some tools for this activating this posting again to find somebody with such knowledge.

Have you got "group similar taskbar buttons" selected in Taskbar and Start menu properties?
