How do I set a system restore point in Windows 7?

  BurrWalnut 06 Dec 11

Create a restore point by going to Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > System > System Protection (in the left pane) > System Protection Tab > Create and make sure you give it a meaningful name.

To BurrWalnut, Thank you for your reply to my post. Following your instructions, I have set a restore point, and will be able to do so in future. Once again, Thank you very much, Cumano.
