SSD, Windows 7 and Office 2010 and driver updater

I want to install an SSD and run Windows 7. Currently running XP and Office 2010 on HDD. What should I install on the SSD? Windows 7 and other software progs such as anti virus and put Office on my existing HDD where it is at present? Can I put Win 7 and Office on same SSD with all documents on the HDD. Read many articles on installing an SSD but have not found one that helps me. Also can anyone recommend a free driver updater?

I would advise to put your Windows installation and all programs on the SSD and put documents and everything else including the swapfile on the spinner that is unless you have a massive SSD. If you have lots of memory you can even delete the swapfile.
