Speech Recognition and Vista

The speech recognition article in the PCA November issue prompted my interest and as I am currently dual booting Vista/XP, I decided to have a "play". I have setup the program and done the learning tutorial and generally it is working. However, there seems to be a slightly odd problem with my desktop shortcut for Orange broadband.

The first time I used the speech recognition to load Orange, it opened correctly. However, every time I try to repeat this, Internet Explorer 7 opens but with a message to say that it cannot connect to the internet. (Normal clicking on the icon works correctly everytime.)

Other desktop shortcuts (e.g. Recycle Bin) work correctly with the speech recognition program.

Do members have any ideas as I'm a bit puzzled by this oddity. Thanks in advance for any thoughts or suggestions.
